Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Deckology is not responsible for delivery issues or additional costs due to an incorrect address.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdirected Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Deckology is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages. If you encounter a delivery issue, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly. Replacement of lost or undelivered items is at our discretion.

International Orders

For international shipments, tracking may be limited once the package reaches a customs checkpoint. Deckology cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages once they have left the United States. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
